Für unseren Global Systems Support (GSS) suchen wir eine Fachperson, welche Anfragen aus unseren Länderorganisationen bearbeitet. Sie analysieren und dokumentieren systematisch Feldprobleme sowie deren Ursachen und erarbeiten Lösungen. Tragend dabei ist die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Bereichen R&D, der Produktion und dem Team. Sie sind zudem verantwortlich für das Ausarbeiten von Trainingsunterlagen. Das Erstellen und Unterhalten von elektronischen Service Dokumentationen gehört ebenfalls zu dieser abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit. Eine spezielle Herausforderung bieten Ihnen die gelegentlichen Auslandeinsätze.

In this very varied position, you are the supporter, coordinator and trainer at the pivotal point between our country organizations abroad and our internal departments. You will manage and document queries from our various country organizations. In addition, you will be responsible for our Complaint Handling databases, and will organize and carry out service and operator trainings. A special challenge will be the occasional trips to our customers.

Die Aufgabe |
|
|
Als Weltmarktführer für In-vitro Diagnostics Laborsysteme ist es uns wesentlich, Systeme mit angemessenen Schutzmechanismen in Bezug auf Vertraulichkeit, Integrität und Verfügbarkeit der auf den Systemen verarbeiteten Daten zu entwickeln und auszuliefern.
Sie sind aktiv mitbeteiligt am stetigen Ausbau eines sicheren Entwicklungszyklus und führen diesen in die Entwicklungsmethoden selbständig an unseren weltweiten Entwicklungsstandorten ein. Ausserdem übernehmen Sie den weltweiten Wissenstransfer über IT Sicherheit für die Abteilungen Produkteentwicklung, Marketing und Serviceorganisation als Mitarbeiter der Divisionalen Produkt IT Sicherheit.
Diese Position ermöglicht Ihnen an einer Vielfalt von Produkt IT Sicherheitsthemen zu arbeiten. Der Schwerpunkt liegt bei sicherer Softwareentwicklung und den dazugehörenden Prozesseinbindungs-Massnahmen. Darüber hinaus gilt es Testprozesse zu entwickeln, die Produkt IT Sicherheitsstandards weiter zu verfeinern, das Bewusstsein gegenüber der Notwendigkeit von IT Sicherheit zu fördern sowie einen Abgleich mit internen und externen Anforderungen an die Produkt IT Sicherheit umzusetzen.

Ihr Profil |
|
|
Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung sichererer IT Produkte sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Ebenfalls konnten Sie bereits Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprozessen für kritische Systeme sammeln. Im Weiteren sind Kenntnisse in sicheren Designprinzipien, Projektmanagement und Qualitätsprozessen zwingend notwendig. Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Hirarchiestufen zusammen mit der Begabung andere zu überzeugen sind ebenfalls wesentliche Erfolgsfaktoren.
Hilfreich wären ausserdem Kenntnisse im Durchführen von Audits insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Medizinalgeräten. Die Position setzt eine ca 25% weltweite Reisetätigkeit voraus. Kennen Sie Ihre Grenzen und sind Sie bereit ständig hinzuzulernen? Dann melden Sie sich bei uns!

The position |
|
|
Global Platform & System Information Solutions (GPS IS), based at Roche Diagnostics Ltd. in Rotkeuz, specialises in the development and maintenance of IT solutions in the field of medical technology. The GPS IS team is now expanding and is seeking several energetic, motivated Support Engineers to provide 3rd level support and help develop the next generation versions of our applications.
As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Providing 3rd-level software product support, including interfacing with and supporting GSS
• Implementing the defined GPS-IS process for Corrective Actions / Preventative Actions (CAPA)
• Ensuring implementation and adherence to GPS-IS QAPs (e.g., Complaint Handling, Life Cycle Mgmt.)
• Providing software product support within GPS-IS Development
• Providing V&V with clear information and documentation about complaints, and assisting with the creation of test cases
• Assessing root-cause of PCCs to determine if the problem results from a design or an implementation weakness
• Classifying problems and assessing the potential risk of occurrence across product lines (preventive actions)
• Providing input to continually improve IU (support) processes, testing efficiency, and product quality
• Leading or participating in IU improvement initiatives
• Coaching team members in product and healthcare topics

Who you are |
|
|
Qualifications and experience:
• ETH/HTL degree in IT, applied sciences, or medicine (or comparable professional experience)
• Direct experience in a hospital or laboratory environment
• Ability to communicate effectively English (written and oral)
• Desire to learn and to achieve results
Experience with the following would be beneficial:
• Technical experience with Hospital / Laboratory Information Systems, medical devices, or workflows
• Oracle (PL/SQL) or Caché (Mumps)
• German language skills
• Exposure to different cultures and multi-national team experience

Die Aufgabe |

Für unseren Bereich GPS Information Solutions, welcher sich mit der Entwicklung und dem Vertrieb von Softwarelösungen im Bereich Medizinaltechnik beschäftigt, suchen wir
einen Software Programmierer. In dieser Funktion helfen Sie mit bei der Entwicklung der nächsten Version unserer Software-Applikationen innerhalb definierter Spezifikationen und Zeitlimiten. Sie sind involviert in sämtliche Entwicklungsstufen. Der Unterhalt bereits existierender Software-Module und der 3rd level Support gehören auch zum Aufgabengebiet.

Ihr Profil |
|
|
Für diese Aufgabe setzen wir einen entsprechenden Universiäts- / FH-Abschluss und Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld voraus. Eine weitere Voraussetzung sind zudem Ihre Kenntnisse in Visual C++, PL/SQL (Oracle) und XML sowie Programmier-Erfahrung unter Microsoft Windows XP/2003. Da wir uns in einem internationalen Umfeld bewegen, sind gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend notwendig JavaScript, XSL, Delphi, Microsoft.Net sowie Intersystems Caché (Mumps), SQL-Server, UML, Source Control sind erwünscht und erleichtern Ihnen die tägliche Arbeit.
